GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The general terms and conditions of sale and use below apply to the Swiss territory and to all sales provided by OSA ONE Sagl through its domain, the use of services is allowed only to an end user, who has read the information regarding the processing of personal data.
PRODUCT SHIPMENT
Shipments are made in the Swiss territory only. Ordered products will be sent to the mailing address specified by the user in the registration form. Shipments will be made Monday through Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, and will be made within 5 to 7 working days from the day payment is received; during holiday periods, shipments may be delayed.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the registration form.
SHIPPING COSTS
For Switzerland, shipping is free of charge
14 BUSINESS DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES
The user who has purchased products through the site has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with OSA ONE Sagl, specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In the event of a return, we ask that you pack the product properly and fill out the enclosed form, with a precise description of the defect or the reason for return, along with the purchase receipt.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the product is damaged, there are traces of use, labels have been removed.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If products are delivered with obvious shipping damage, we ask that you report the damage to the carrier immediately and write to us as soon as possible, if possible with photo attached.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will perform the appropriate checks on the product and if it is found to be in order, we will refund the amount to your account, at the details entered in the attached form.

Payment for purchased products is made by credit card in the manner better specified on the site.
